Piccolo Hotel Nel Centro Storico Di Firenze - Florence

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour security. The staff once helped me with a phone charger, which I remember fondly. I recommend experiencing their cute service. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Recommend it to anyone. The staff are reasonably good and the room is nicely furnished with a balcony. Glad to have a private safe, central heating, and an iron. The location is magnificent, near to sights, cafes, bars, market, the center of things and cute cafes and restaurants.

There was a mistake with our reservation so there was no room for us, but they sent us to a sister hotel a couple of blocks away. They were really nice and helpful about finding us another room, and it was tiny but very cute.

The Piccolo is a budget focused hotel. At first, I was a bit concerned about the area it was in and climbing the stairs to the front desk did not provide any comfort. However, the staff was very helpful, even offering a mini-concierge service thereby helping us ensure a tour. After a day, I realized that the area was fine and the security of the hotel alleviated any concerns.

Paying extra for air conditioning was a bit odd.

While the Piccolo Hotel had some charming aspects like its prime location and helpful staff, the room was quite basic, lacking a fridge and experiencing noticeable noise from the surroundings. Although practical for a short visit, improvements in comfort and amenities are needed.

Location convenient to local attractions and not too far from the train station. Friendly staff, very helpful in finding our way around town and selectiong restaurants.

Great location, just a few blocks from the main train station and major sights in Florence. The staff kept smiling and were always willing to help. The room had several drawbacks. Air conditioning didn't work properly. No fridge in the room was inconvenient for keeping drinks cool. The shower pressure was low, and the bathroom had some cleanliness issues, like lint left on slippers. The noise from outside and other rooms made it hard to sleep due to the thin walls. Breakfast options felt lacking as well. This hotel has potential with its charming location, but significant improvements are needed to was nice.

Staff were very helpful, room was good, locality good, breakfast good. Great vaule for money, would recommend. Will go back
